AL Renshaw
LifeBound Coach and Facilitator
AL Renshaw is co-founder, youth and environmental advocate at the Logan's Love Foundation, a non-profit established in memory of his daughter Logan Helene Renshaw that focuses on the development of children, building strong communities, and bettering the environment.
As part of his commitment to coaching and mentoring, AL is the lead program designer and facilitator for the Trail of Courage Youth Development Program, a new, immersive discovery experience for teens and young adults to explore and reflect on their personal path to living a happy, balanced, and fulfilling life. The program features a Facilitator Resource Guide for mentors, coaches, teachers and parents and includes over 35 engaging activities to introduce participants to core skills for personal growth, leadership development, and career readiness.
Before volunteering for Logan's Love, AL was senior vice president and chief marketing and communications officer at AACSB, the world's largest association of business schools. He has over 25 years of experience in higher education and executive training including serving on the executive leadership teams for two entrepreneurial ventures focused on AI-based homework software and online learning systems. He has developed education programs for Deloitte Learning and held corporate positions at FedEx Ground and Matthews international where he led global brand strategy and product marketing. AL holds bachelor degrees in communications and psychology from the University of Pittsburgh and is a certified LifeBound coach. He has studied and instructed martial arts for over 25 years and is a practitioner of yoga and meditation.
