Liz Sweigart, PhD, MBA, ACC

Dr. Liz Sweigart is a globally recognized executive leader, board member, ICF-credentialed coach, author, and public speaker. Her passion is creating spaces where people of all ages, stages, and backgrounds can thrive and flourish.
Most recently, she co-founded an innovative education technology company on a mission to empower students to be safer online by helping them make better decisions through in-the-moment feedback and coaching. Immediately prior, Liz was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where she served as a trusted advisor to the c-suites and boards of directors of multinational enterprises ranging from startups to the Fortune 10 across a variety of industry sectors including energy, utilities, and mining; industrial products; chemicals; telecom; high tech; health/pharma/biotech; consumer products and services; aerospace; and higher education. As a Genesys Works board member, Liz led the development and implementation of a first-of-its-kind pre-apprenticeship program that equips students with college, career, and life skills and provides them with meaningful, paid internships with Fortune 500 companies. In this role, Liz brought together leaders from across industry, K12 schools and community colleges, government, and the community to create successful partnerships that support pathways for career success for individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds many of whom are the first in their families to pursue higher education or work in a salaried position or both.
Liz holds a BA from Rice University, an MBA from the University of St. Thomas (Houston), and a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has lectured and taught around the world in both academic and trade settings and her writing has been featured in leading publications. Liz has received numerous awards and accolades for her scholarship, advocacy, and service to the community.
