Who are Candidates for Academic Coaching Skills Training?
College Professors and Instructors LifeBound trains college professors and instructors in coaching skills to use as both a teaching and managerial tool. As more postsecondary educators are required to facilitate online learning models of instruction in addition to lecture-based classrooms, coaching tools can help instructors guide students in their learning and academic development, improve motivation for successful performance, and bolster accountability in and out of the classroom.
