Who are Candidates for Academic Coaching Skills Training?





 


 


College Professors and Instructors


LifeBound trains college professors and instructors in coaching skills to use as both a teaching and managerial tool. As more postsecondary educators are required to facilitate online learning models of instruction in addition to lecture-based classrooms, coaching tools can help instructors guide students in their learning and academic development, improve motivation for successful performance, and bolster accountability in and out of the classroom.

College professors and instructors are invited to attend our six-day  training in Denver, Colorado (offered in two different three-day  sessions). Our trainers are also available to travel to campuses and  deliver tailored on-site trainings for staff.


 


 


 


K-12 Educators, Counselors and Administrators
Professionals involved in K-12 education benefit from using coaching  skills to assess student motivation, boost students' skill levels, and  help to develop habits of success as they work to cultivate the next  generation of innovators, leaders, and professionals. In addition to  helping students, these coaching skills can improve educators'  interpersonal effectiveness and managerial abilities as they interface  with both students and colleagues.
